The DESICAiR DRY-700-35-E desiccant dehumidifier is designed for water damage remediation service. The DRY-700 is portable, self contained, and is designed for maneuverability in small spaces like building elevators and tight corridors.  Engineered to operate under severe operating conditions, the DESICAiR DRY-700 uses desiccant technology to remove water vapor directly from the air. Removing water from the air reduces the air vapor pressure, which

improves evaporation. This makes the DRY-700 the logical choice for structural drying, support drying for mold remediation, and new construction building envelope drying.  Since the silica gel desiccant does not rely on condensation, the DRY-700 provides drying well below 32°F dewpoint. Humidity can be controlled below levels at which moisture condenses on surfaces, thereby preventing corrosion, mold and mildew formation.  The DRY-700 boasts a 9KW, proportionally controlled, electric resistance heater to provide the reactivation energy required to handle a variety of drying situations year round. Getting 700 cfm of dehumidified process air where it is needed is no problem with 2.5” external static pressure.

The Phoenix R200 is a compact, energy efficient LGR dehumidifier that removes 125 pints per day (AHAM) while drawing only 8.3 amps of electricity. The R200 outperforms the larger competitive dehumidifiers by removing more water, providing larger grain depression and consuming less power. The proven LGR design is surrounded by a durable roto-molded high impact plastic to create a dehumidifier that is smaller and lighter than competitive units.

In addition to the performance benefits and compact size, the R200 has patented bypass technology, increased airflow,
multiple ducting options, R-410A refrigerant, and a pleated media filter. The R200 is the latest member of the Phoenix line of LGR dehumidifiers; the most effective and versatile drying devices made.

Like every Phoenix, the R200 features effective air filtration with a pleated media MERV-11 filter. Multiple ducting options are available with 12” intake duct tabs on the lid and a wire duct collar for 10” lay-flat duct.

The outlet grill is configured to accept a variety of thermohygrometer probes (e.g. Vaisala, Humiport, etc.) for taking accurate psychrometric readings. The 25-foot power cord and 33-foot condensate hose store conveniently inside the hinged lid.
